All About the Apartment

The apartment is situated close to Varna City centre, 3 minutes walk to many quality shops and just 7 minutes to the beach, and is within easy reach of good restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and the myriad of attractions in Varna. The road, Bratya Miladinovi (Brothers Miladinovi) is a popular pedestrian walkway to and from the Beach, The Sea Gardens, and the city centre.

Our pricing includes being met at Varna Airport, transportation to the apartment, registering you with the local authorities (a legal requirement for all foreigners coming to Bulgaria at the moment), and returning you to the airport for your departure flight.

The building was completed in 2004, is modern, well designed and finished. The apartment is on the 1st floor, it consists of two bedrooms, hallway, shower/toilet, a separate toilet for those who cannot wait, and a kitchen/diner and lounge.

The apartment is well equipped with a television (some programmes in English), electric cooker, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Most of this goes unused, mainly because of the inexpensive good restaurants close by.

Now with airconditioning.

All bedding is supplied, however, you will need your own towels.

A safety deposit box is also available in the apartment.

Should you require it we can purchase tea, coffee, etc., so that you have the means for making refreshments on your arrival. Just include your requirements on the booking form.
